neo4j RPM offline install



How would one go about doing an offline install of neo4j via an RPM file? (Not tarball.)



The instructions require users to be online and add http://yum.neo4j.org/stable as another yum repo.



But is there a way to directly download the RPM file so that it can be "sneaker-netted" to an offline system?

When I send it via POST man as MULTIPART_FORM_DATA, it works fine. The name I am supposed to give is specific (lets say aaa ). Attached screenshot of POSTMAN.
